Club the unit tests so students can utilise the Preparation time effectively


No proper communication provided to the teachers for any events. Teachers difficulty are never understood by the leadership and there ​is a partiality treatment for primary and secondary teachers. Primary teachers are treated like primary students. During observation of ​class, leadership often interferes in front of students, that makes us uncomfortable. Feeling very stressed to work and still didn't get the ​clarity of the curriculum and to implement it, the process of implementation is done with only our experience knowledge and the enough ​guidance is not provided. As the maximum teachers are new including the head, no one gets the clear picture about the curriculum ​activities and schools events. I am really interested to show my teaching in a unique way, but everything is unbalanced, whole day going ​on in corrections, writing plan, preparing for RRR, maintaining marklist, MOM,etc even carrying rhr work to home also. Please help us to ​feel stress free and make us work more effective. Error of an unfavorable teacher is exaggerated while the error of the head and favorable ​teachers are hided. Even parents felt, no proper information from the admin side regarding field trips (in the beginning of the year), no ​proper corrections on notebooks, not satisfied with the team this year. This slows down us. Even we too felt the same. Kindly help us.

Management should appreciate Teacher's for their Hardwork.


Every individual should be recognised for their efforts if it's worthful!


Enhance competition in the school itself.

Salary should be according to the workload and also PF should be sent to our account itself if we do not wish it to be deducted .


A general meeting must held in once in a week, to discuss all the events happening in the school.


The level of communication must start from head and admin>teachers>students (but it's reverse here)


Teacher's feedback can be considered and fixed.


A gap between admin , head with few secondary teachers and others must be breaked.


Fake encouragement and discouragement an be avoided
